There’s a story
behind the pasture.

The next chapter

Our focus is straightforward: connect with people interested in beef and cattle, answer their questions, and share more of life on the farm.

That means making room for both the animals and the everyday work—pasture, fencing, equipment, and the decisions that keep a farm moving.

Follow the work

Field Notes is our home for practical buyer guides and future updates from Gitaway. It’s a place to get to know the farm beyond a single photo.

Visits are on the horizon.

We would like to grow into welcoming visitors. Farm visits are a future offering; dates, prices, and booking arrangements are not available yet.

If you’d enjoy visiting, tell us through the email link. We’re collecting interest as we plan that next chapter.
